  • We provide a Lululemon + nooma mat for each person and as many towels as you might need, at no extra charge. It is very important that you use the best equipment for the best experience. The only thing you will need to bring to class is a water bottle (don’t worry, we have plenty for purchase if you forget!). Water is available at no extra charge. You will notice that our leaders have 2 water bottles at their mat. One is typically water only and the other one is an electrolyte. We believe in hydration!
