One Class Won't Tell the Whole Story

Movement isn't something you figure out in a single workout. It takes time. One class is only a small piece of the experience.

Our 30-day unlimited hot yoga and movement experience gives you the space to adjust to the heat, become familiar with the choreography, and settle into a rhythm that feels natural.

The Story Behind the Movement

Casey Cox founded Nooma with a simple belief: the world needs a different reason to move.

Since opening the first studio in 2017, she's grown Nooma into a place where movement helps people reconnect with their breath, body, and spirit and show up for life with more resilience, connection, and joy.

Your Next Chapter Starts Now

Imagine walking into class feeling more comfortable with every visit, knowing where to go, recognizing familiar faces, and moving with greater confidence.

With 30 days, you’re given time and space to find your rhythm, reconnect with your breath, body, and spirit, and Nooma without pressure. Come experience just one class, one movement, and one possibility at a time for 30 days.
