Support At Hand

The Nooma experience is thoughtfully prepared for you, making it easier to walk through the door and simply focus on yourself.

Take a Tour

We'll give you a tour of the studio, help you get checked in, show you where to put your belongings, and make sure you have everything you need. Your mat and towel are provided, and your space will already be thoughtfully prepared, so there's nothing to figure out on your own.

Every Class Is Filled With Possibilities

No matter which class you choose, you'll always be guided with encouragement, compassion, and the freedom to honor your body.

How Hot Is Hot?

Our studios are heated to 94–103°F using infrared heat to support circulation, flexibility, and recovery. If it's your first experience with hot yoga acclimation or heated movement, give yourself time to adjust. We promise, your body will adapt with consistent practice.

Possibilities, Not Limitations

We don't believe there's one right way to move. Your leader will offer different possibilities throughout class so you can honor your body while continuing to challenge yourself.

The Music

We thoughtfully select music that matches the energy and intention of each class. Some moments invite you to break through, while others encourage you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

Permission to Pause

You are always welcome to slow down, rest, or step out of the studio if you need a moment. Listening to your body is part of building resilience.

The Choreography

Movement sequences are refreshed every 3–6 weeks, depending on the class, giving you time to build confidence while continuing to grow. Some days, a movement will feel effortless; the next, it may feel completely different. That's part of being human, and it's part of the practice.

Your Leader's Role

Our leaders move with you throughout the entire class, guiding, encouraging, and supporting you, creating a space where you feel safe exploring your possibilities. They'll guide the experience with intention, but your practice is always your own.

Bring Nooma Home

The experience doesn't end when class does. You leave with more than strength, renewed energy, a calmer spirit, and the resilience to move through life.

After Your Class

Continue caring for yourself by drinking plenty of water, replenishing electrolytes, and giving your body the space it needs to recover. Some days you'll leave feeling energized and ready to take on the world. Other days, you may feel ready to rest. Both are signs that your body is responding, restoring, and growing stronger.
