Your mat is a place where you’ll experience intense release. Our original nooma mats are laid out for you, sanitized before and after class. We want you to always have the best equipment and we want you to know that you are always being planned for.

Our original classes, unique to nooma, are crafted with different intentions in movement, but one intention in purpose: to bring you back to yourself. We use different modalities in movement, combined for a time in our original way.

Our classes are heated using infrared heat. Infrared heat has many benefits including Flexibility, Increased Circulation, Detoxification, Pain Relief and Weight Loss. Our studios are dimly lit by candlelight or dimly lit in color. Get a deeper understanding below.
